Sunday Night: 6:00 – 9:30

Scott Knight and Matt Lindland

Monday Night: 7:00 – 8:30

Matt Lindland will teach a Fighting Seminar for all levels of MMA enthusiasts.  Emphasis will be on fighting from the clinch and takedowns.

Tuesday Night: 7:00 – 8:30

Matt Lindland will teach the ground game with an emphasis on finishing from the top position.
